Lovely neighborhood. lots of parks and food places around.. the opulent mall is walkable from my flat. but this also means weekends get very crowded.

since many older plots have been converted into multistory builder floors, the internal lanes are constantly choked with vehicles parked on both sides.

The play here is to target properties near the Shaheed sthal metro..the local family crowd has great spending power so commercial leasing here gives a very predictable cash flow

it is very grounded and family type area...safety is one of the main reasons I chose this place. There is an active resident welfare presence and the streets don't feel deserted even at night... my only consistent irritation is the pollution and heavy traffic
