Navi Peth feels like old Pune with a touch of modern living. You can walk to most places—clinics, kirana stores, temples. The area is neat, and people know each other. It’s peaceful but not boring.
I came to visit my niece who stays here. The area felt neat and peaceful. I could walk to the market, and everything was nearby. People were friendly, and I felt safe even in the evening. It’s not a touristy place but very convenient and well kept.
I shifted here last year after staying in Hadapsar. What a change! Everything’s nearby—grocery, clinics, small cafes. It’s central but not too noisy. Autos are easy to find, and I mostly use PMPML buses. Parking is tough if you have a four-wheeler, but otherwise, it’s convenient for daily living.
I bought a flat here in 2015. Navi Peth has always been in demand. Rental demand is strong due to professionals working around Deccan and Swargate. Appreciation is slow but steady.
We moved here from Sadashiv Peth ten years ago. Navi Peth is a quiet, well-connected area. You’ll find everything nearby—good schools, clinics, even small parks. The roads get jammed during school timings, though.

Staying in Navi Peth has made life easier. My office in FC Road is just 10 minutes away, and I can even walk if I want. The locality is quiet but still close to main areas. Rent is a bit high for older buildings, but you pay for location.
