I live in a 2BHK rental property here and love the elegant neighbourhood. The property is close to Bund Garden and Koregaon Park so I love the greenery. But its true that the area is slightly expensive and gets congested, especially in the weekends.

I have a 3 BHK property here and I have given it on rent. My apartment rarely stays vacant so I am happy with my investment here. Property rate appreciation is slow but steady

I stayed here for a year. The locality is clean, posh, and close to MG Road. Society was well-managed. A bit costly for students, but perfect for executives.

I have a property here for almost a decade and I believe owning property here is a matter of pride. It’s upscale, well-planned, and one of the few localities with tree-lined avenues in Pune. We love living here
