Narayanguda is right in the middle of everything. Easy access to bus routes and the metro is a big plus. But the area gets noisy with all the coaching centers and student crowds.

It’s not one of those fancy zones, but it gives consistent returns. Appreciation is kind of okay and there is good demand year-round.

This used to be a good place and now it has become too noisy and I don't like it much here.

My coaching center is nearby and I can just walk there. During rainy days it becomes hard to walk as the roads are in bad condition.
