The area is calm, less polluted, and family-friendly and we are really happy living here. Unlike other areas, this locality has several parks so my children get enough space to play. Schools, hospitals, shops are also nearby. I just have one complain. Roads are not well-maintained and potholes are not repaired on time casuing accidents, especially in the rainy season.

I rented a property in Nanekarwadi mainly because the area is well-connected and public transport lets me commute to my workplace easily at low cost. Rent is also not that high so I find the area perfect for budget-conscious professinals like me.

I live in a 1 BHK rental property here. The area is great for working professionals who value peace over city buzz. Local stores, clinics, and groceries are available within walking distance.

I visited a restaurant here and found that the area has wide roads, lots of greenery, and polite locals. Not crowded or noisy like central Pune.

I bought a 2BHK here three years ago and since then, we have been living a peaceful life here. The area is perfectly safe and gives a family-friendly vibe.
