Living in Najafgarh is great for my commute to Gurgaon. The rent is much lower. The main market has everything you need, but the inner lanes can be crowded and not very clean.

I have invested in a few residential plots here. The prices are still reasonable. The connectivity is improving. I expect good appreciation in the long run.

We have seen Najafgarh grow from a small town to this bustling hub. We have a lot more space and greenery than you would find in a typical Delhi colony. It's a good life, away from the pollution and congestion of the main city.

The main roads are always jammed with traffic, e-rickshaws, and buses. The noise and chaos are constant. The arrival of the Grey Line Metro has been a game-changer.

The area is generally safe during the day. Some of the outer areas and villages feel isolated and unsafe at night. The police patrolling has increased, which is a good sign.

Traffic near Todarmal Jumction is a real pain every single evening. Roads get so jammed that taking a car is pointless, so I just walk or take a cycle rickshaw to the main market area.

Finding food and daily stuff here is super cheap. The local eating joints near Najafgarh Market sell amazing street snacks for like 40 rupees, and getting an auto from Dhansa Bus Stand metro station is very quick.

Living near Tuda Mandi area is pretty sorted for basic needs. Vegetable shops and clinics are right around the corner. The main road stays noisy till late night, but everything you need for daily life is right here.

Rents are decent around 12k for a standard 2BHK. But the inner colony streets near Chhawla Stand have bad drainage issues when it rains hard, so you have to pick the main street properties carefully.

Getting around this area without a bike is so frustrating. The streets near Roshanpura are full of dust and traffic moves super slow... autos constantly ask for high fares if you want to go towards Dwarka side.

Quiet spots are hard to find here, but the green area near Delhi Gate makes for a nice morning walk. Local buses run regularly on the main stretches, so reaching other parts of Delhi is not hard.

Water supply is a big issue in winter and summer both, water comes only for 1 hour in the morning. Plus the parking on main roads is totally mess... everyone park cars on the street itself.

Good demand for small rental flats near the metro line. Dhansa Bus Stand metro station makes commuting to city centers easy, so getting tenants here is never a struggle RN.

Decent place if you work nearby, but footpaths are almost missing on the main stretch. Walking to the local market in the evening is tricky with all the e-rickshaws rushing past you, IMO a bit chaotic.

Everything needed for home is nearby, from fresh veggies to cheap groceries. Schools and pharmacies are all within walking distance, so day to day life goes on smoothly without driving far.
