Walking around the colony lanes is getting very difficult nowadays. People just park their cars anywhere on the small roads and there are no proper footpaths left. Streetlights don't work in many interior blocks, making it unsafe after dark.
I come here every weekend and finding a parking spot for my car is a big luck game. The roads near Mallapur junction get totally choked by evening. Markets are good for clothes and household stuff, but the crowd is too much.
The roads here are completely broken and full of huge potholes. Garbage is just dumped on the roadsides near Nacharam lake side and nobody clears it for days. TBH the civic body ignores this whole pocket, absolute waste of money.
This area has some of the best schools nearby, so morning rush is easy to manage. Parks are well kept for a walk and we get good fresh vegetables from the local carts right at the doorstep. FR life is quite sorted here.
Nacharam has everything close by, from big pharmacies to banks and sweet shops, so nobody needs to go far for daily living. Power cuts happen sometimes during rain, but it gets fixed quickly. Neighbors are helpful and the area is decent.
Getting stock delivered to my shop near the industrial area side is easy because the roads are wide. But the drainage pipes here are always blocked and stink terribly. Customers complain about the bad smell around the corner all the time.
Very safe place to live and everything you need like small clinics, supermarkets, and grocery shops are just outside the gate. Traffic on the main road is heavy in the evening, but the inner colony areas are quiet and very peaceful.
