Living in Mundhwa is convenient for my job as it's close to EON IT park. The commute is short, and the area has a good mix of residential and commercial spaces too. However, during peak hours, traffic congestion can be an issue. Overall, it's a convenient location for professionals.

The area is vibrant and very safe for students. I study in Christ College here, and it's close to where I live. There are plenty of PG accomodations here and it's bustling with Christites. The nightlife is limited though and finding autos at night becomes difficult too. Overall, it's a good area for students.

We have a residential property here which I have given on rent to some college students. The demand is steady as there are many colleges and IT parks nearby. I mostly give my flat to students, and the rental income is also good. There are all the essential facilities nearby, from eateries to supermarkets.

I have good hopes from Mundhwa. I recently took admission in Christ and was exploring some flats and PGs here last weekend. The area seemed safe and clean to me. There are supermarkets, local grocery stores, and food stalls nearby so it looks vibrant during evenings. It's definitely a student-friendly area.

The real estate market here is bustling. I bought a 2 BHK flat here in 2022, and over the years, the value has risen by 28.78% leading to higher appreciation. The area is rapidly developing too, with plenty of shopping malls, hospitals and markets nearby. Social infrastructure is great here and so is the demand.
