Mukundpur has a lot of good apartments at cheaper rents. but the increased pollution has been concerning lately

I live in Fauji colony and its very peaceful and safe. There are many temples and cafes nearby. But roads get very crowded in the evenings.

We went to the Bhalswa Lake the other day, and loved the outing. My sister lives near Mukundpur so we visited her as well. The streets were well-lit and looked bustling. Traffic was heavy, so it was a little irritating but we explored some eateries and juice shops and I loved hanging out here.

The area is affordable and has good connectivity. The metro is around 2 km away while there are two major bus stops nearby too. I often travel by metro to my workplace, and it makes commuting so much easier.

As a tenant, I appreciate the local markets here. Daily needs are easily available and accessible. Proper drainage systems are needed though in some lanes.

It's an economical residential neighborhood. Perfect for families or those looking to rent houses. It's been 7 years we have bought our house here, and have rented a few rooms. The demand is always high and keeps increasing due to the metro and other amenities. But the lack of some green spaces can be a downside for many.

The area is rapidly growing, and this urbanization has also increased the demand of the area. property values are increasing and have risen by 6.9% in the past three years. But make sure you're conducting proper due diligence before investing.
