Mudichur is a quiet area and full of green spaces. so it feels less humid and hot here. its connected to other places by chennai ORR but no direct metro so thats' a downer

A lot of good restaurants and many temples here. I find the area pleasant to live in. the mudichur lake is the famous one but it gets super crowded around weekends

Me and my husband bought a property in Mudinchur and shifted to this place. Now, this place is my home with all amentities and community is very good here. Water logging may a concern but overall outside of city with good friendly neighbourhood.

I’ve been renting in Mudichur for a year now. The locality is peaceful and affordable, with easy access to Tambaram. Bus and share auto connectivity are decent, though the roads could use some improvement.

Owning a property here was the right decision. The value has appreciated steadily, and we enjoy the peace. The only issue is that waterlogging occurs during heavy rains.

My rented apartment in Mudichur offers good space for the price. Schools and grocery shops are close by. The locality is still developing, but overall it’s a good place for families.
