Me and my husband bought a property in Mudinchur and shifted to this place. Now, this place is my home with all amentities and community is very good here. Water logging may a concern but overall outside of city with good friendly neighbourhood.

I’ve been renting in Mudichur for a year now. The locality is peaceful and affordable, with easy access to Tambaram. Bus and share auto connectivity are decent, though the roads could use some improvement.

Owning a property here was the right decision. The value has appreciated steadily, and we enjoy the peace. The only issue is that waterlogging occurs during heavy rains.

My rented apartment in Mudichur offers good space for the price. Schools and grocery shops are close by. The locality is still developing, but overall it’s a good place for families.

I purchased a plot in Mudichur a few years ago. Prices are still reasonable, and infrastructure development is slowly catching up. It’s a good long-term investment.

Bought an independent house in Mudichur because it felt homely and affordable. There are plenty of daily convenience shops, and the people around are friendly and respectful.

Spent a weekend here with relatives. Mudichur is quiet and has a nice residential feel. Shops and medical stores are around, but entertainment options are limited.
