Getting around from here is sorted because Erragadda metro station is so close. I just walk down to catch the train for office every morning. Rents are also quite decent compared to the main tech areas, so it saves money.

The traffic near Moti Nagar T-junction is a daily nightmare during peak hours. You can get stuck in your car for 20 minutes easily just trying to cross that block. Roads are also very dusty because of the constant heavy vehicle movement.

Water supply is the main problem here, it comes only for 2 hours in the morning. If you miss that timing then you have to depend on water tankers. Otherwise the area has enough small clinics and medical shops nearby for emergencies.

There are good schools around this area so daily drop and pick up is very easy. Streets feel safe enough during the daytime and evening hours for walking around. Only issue is the lack of proper open spaces or big playgrounds nearby.

Loads of cheap food joints and mess options are available around the main road. Finding a shared auto to Erragadda is very easy and costs just 20 rupees. Perfect area for students staying in PGs who want to save some cash, NGL.

Parking is a huge headache in the internal lanes here. Customers never find place to park their bikes, so they just avoid coming to the shops. Garbage is also dumped on the corners and GHMC guys clear it very late... smells bad.

This place gets very crowded on weekends because of the local market stalls. Vegetables and groceries are cheap but walking on the road becomes impossible with all the autos blocking the way. It is a bit too noisy nowadays.

Buying a flat here is a solid choice because demand is always high. It is very close to both Sanathnagar and Kukatpally, so getting tenants is never a problem. The location itself works big time for middle class families.

Roads here very bad, especially when it rains heavily. The drainage water overflows near the low areas and creates a big mess. I only come here when I have work at the hospital, otherwise driving a car inside is tough.

Lower cuts are becoming too frequent this summer, sometimes for 2 hours in the afternoon itself. For the amount of property tax paid to GHMC, the basic facilities are not up to the mark very disappointed with the current maintenance.
