Moshi Reviews and Ratings (6 Reviews)
I have lived in Moshi for three years. It’s family-friendly and relatively pollution-free. Daily needs are within reach, but there are no big malls or entertainment centers nearby.
Living here has its perks—less crowd, more greenery. But it’s inconvenient for people who need to travel to central Pune often. Public transport means are almost absent here
I invested in Moshi hoping for metro connectivity benefits. It's under development, but the pace is slow. Still, I see promise due to nearby employment hubs.
I rented a flat here during the pandemic. It’s peaceful and affordable, but delivery apps and cab services work unreliably. Also, some roads flood during heavy rains.
Moshi is a silent locality and close to Chakan industrial area, Talawade IT Park for job workers and also very close to Nashik-Pune Highway. Road is wide and traffic jams happen very rarely.
I bought a flat in Moshi in 2019. It’s close to Chakan MIDC, so finding tenants is easy. Property prices have appreciated slowly but steadily. Still waiting for better public transport though.
