Staying here has been easy for me. Buses are available almost all the time and shops for daily needs are close. I don't need to travel far for basic things, which saves a lot of time.

Happy with this area. Gowtham Model School and Orient Eye Hospital are close, so daily life feels sorted. NH 163 is easy to reach, and most things I need are within a short drive.

Schools like DPS Future Windows School are nearby, and grocery shopping never takes long. We also visit GVK One Mall once in a while. The only issue is traffic around the flyover in the evenings.

Office travel has been manageable because NH 163 and Khader Bagh Road connect well. Lakdi-ka-pul Metro Station is also within reach when I don't feel like driving. Pretty convenient area for work.

Traffic around Mehdipatnam Flyover gets too much during office hours... the rest of the area works well. Hospitals, colleges and daily shopping are all close, so somehow manage.

I like that Apoorva Hospital and Orient Eye Hospital are nearby. Medical help is never far away. Busy roads can make walking a bit difficult, especially during the evening rush.

I visit this area often and usually get buses from Nanal Nagar Bus Stop without much waiting. Food places and shops are everywhere, so spending a few hours here is never a problem.

Demand looks steady because the area has good roads and plenty of schools nearby. Still, traffic near NH 163 almost every day makes me think twice before investing here.

Staying near G P R College of Pharmacy has been useful, but buses and roads get crowded during peak hours. Getting around is easy, just takes more time than expected sometimes.

Deliveries get delayed because traffic builds up near Khader Bagh Road and the flyover. Customers also mention parking is difficult. Business runs fine, but moving around this area is the biggest headache.
