The environment here is pleasant and there are open spaces too. Lanes are wide and properly lit during evenings. It's also well-connected via internal roads and metro station.

I live in a PG just opposite to TKR College, which helps me reach my classes on time. The area is surrounded by many hostels and PGs. it's lively and ideal for college students.

I have rented a 1 BHK here, and I like the area for its accessibility. It's close to local markets, food outlets, coffee shops, and there are lots of brunch spots nearby too.

Explored the area for a property investment opportunity. I liked the road infrastructure and metro connectivity. It's also well surrounded by key amenities like hospitals, colleges, etc. This indicates good potential for future ROI.

Been living here for the past 5 years, and as a property owner, I can say this area has its sets of pros and cons. It's vibrant, accessible, and well-connected, but the downside is the lack of proper drainage. Traffic is also a concern.
