Traveling to any part of Hyderabad is easy from here because of the central location. Bus connectivity is great. The only headache is the huge traffic jam under the flyover.

Rent is slightly on the higher side here. Houses are old but close to everything. Water is supplied on alternate days, so we have to store it carefully.

The noise from the main road is constant day and night. Footpaths are completely broken or taken over by tea stalls. Crossing the roads here feels very risky.

Perfect location if you rely on public transport. NMDC bus stop has buses to everywhere. Lots of budget tea shops and fast food joints around the main junctions.

Loading vans cannot park anywhere near the main road during day hours due to strict police rules. Traffic jams cut down my customer footfall significantly in the evenings.

Location is the best thing about this area. Markets, hospitals, and banks are just a 5 minute walk away. Municipal garbage collection is regular every morning without fail.

The inner lanes are surprisingly quiet and safe for walking. Schools are very near so travel time is saved. Streetlights work fine throughout the colony lanes.

Finding a parking spot for a car is impossible here. I always prefer taking a metro to the nearest point and then an auto to reach this place.

Commercial value of this place is always top notch. Demand for office spaces and PG rooms is constant. Basic sewage lines are old but they function without major issues.

The area has become too congested now. Water pressure in municipal lines is very low these days. Dust and smoke from the main junctions make it hard to breathe.
