Commute to Hitech city is manageable but Miyapur traffic signal blocks you for 20 minutes daily. Buses are frequent on the main road. Rent is around 18k for decent places.

Shops, supermarkets, and local eateries are all right next to each other. Walking around for groceries is easy. Only downside is the dust from the heavy traffic on highway.

The internal roads have huge potholes that make walking risky. Autos overcharge 50 rupees for even short distances here. Finding a quiet corner is tough due to constant vehicular noise.

The area is superb for bachelors. Metro is just a short share auto ride away. Plenty of food courts and tiffin centers that cost very less. Never faced safety issues.

Getting supplies delivered is easy because of the main road proximity. But evening parking for my customers is a total mess. Municipal corporation cleans the main road waste regularly.

Water timings are fixed and supply is dependable. The inner parts of the area are much calmer than the highway side. Neighbors are decent and streets feel secure at night.

Many preschools and supermarkets are within walking distance. Streetlights work properly in most sectors here. Main roads get crowded in the evening, so driving a car is a pain.

I visit this place for shopping often. The commercial streets are packed and walking on roads is dangerous since there are no proper footpaths. Autos block the corners completely.

The area has high rental value due to corporate workers living here. Water lines and basic road facilities are in place. Properties get rented out within a week usually.

Groundwater levels have gone down completely this year. We are depending on private tankers now. Traffic near the railway underbridge is getting worse every single day... total block.
