peaceful area with no much noise or buzz..but a bit remote so you've to be ok with taking the bus or have your own vehicle to travel around..

I stayed here for a year when i was working remotely..its a very quiet area close to the turkayamjal reserve forest...i was here with my relatives and the surrounding is very village like.. you can't really expect a vibrant social environment here..good for short term only

the dust from all the new construction projects nearby is a real headache for cleaning. You cannot keep your windows open for long without a layer of silt.

There are not many parks around so I usually just head to a gym or walk inside the lanes.

land rates are much cheaper than cities...but appreciation will be slower than usual because of weak infrastructure

Plots and rents here cost a less than what you'd pay closer to the city. Calm surroundings, very little noise. The downside is that there's barely any public transport, so a bike or car becomes a must pretty quickly.

Picked up a plot in M M Kunta years back when prices were still low. Area has slowly filled in since then. School and hospital options are within driving distance, nothing is walkable but life here is peaceful.

Makes sense if you're working somewhere near Adibatla, otherwise expect a long haul into the city most days. Airport run is surprisingly quick though. No buses worth depending on, so plan accordingly.

Been watching this place grow bit by bit for a while now. Some roads still need work and water timing could be more reliable. Still, compared to the chaos elsewhere in the city, this stays fairly relaxed.

The open space and quiet pace suit raising kids well. Don't expect much nearby in terms of malls or entertainment though, most weekend plans involve heading into town.

Entry cost is still low and there's real upside given the aerospace and tech campuses coming up around this stretch. Patience required since infrastructure is catching up slowly, but the trajectory here looks solid for the long haul.

Nice change of pace once you're off the main highway, very quiet and green. Not much to do here though if you're looking for shops or cafes nearby.

Access to schools and colleges is fine from M M Kunta if you're enrolled nearby, but day to day life can feel limited. Local stores cover basics only. Without a bike, getting anywhere outside the immediate area becomes a real chore.

Highway connectivity helps with logistics but the customer base is thin right now since the area is still mostly residential and spread out. Could be worth the early bet as more people move in over time.

MM Kunta is very peaceful, hardly any traffic noise to deal with. Only concern is hospitals being a bit of a drive away, so anything urgent means planning ahead. Otherwise a comfortable, slow paced place to settle into.
