I bought a plot in Lonikand last year. Price was reasonable compared to Wagholi. If you want to invest without big loans, this area is okay. But still no big schools or hospitals nearby.

Lonikand has a quieter atmosphere, away from city noise. Good for people who want peace and still stay connected to Pune. But hospitals and big schools are a bit far.

Lonikand is quiet and has less traffic. For someone like me who wants peace, it works well. Greenery is still there, and the pace is slow. But going to the city for small things becomes tiring.

I liked the village feel of Lonikand. It’s not crowded, and the environment is cleaner. There’s some greenery too. But transport is weak.

Lonikand feels more like a village, but slowly changing. It’s quiet and green, good for those who work from home. The roads here have improved a bit recently.
