It's a good locality, near to metro , and near to railway station

Rent is quite low here which helps save money. But the water quality is very poor and comes only for an hour. The lanes are fully broken and dirty, with garbage piled up at every corner.

Loni Dehat offers open spaces and a peaceful life away from the city rush. We have enough room for bikes and cars, but we have to completely rely on boring pumps for daily water.

Travelling out daily is a complete disaster. There is zero public transport inside the lanes, and the traffic bottleneck at the main Loni road takes 20 minutes just to cross on a bike.

The area has a lot of local shops for daily groceries now. But streetlights do not work on most internal paths, making the lanes completely pitch dark and unsafe to walk after 8 PM.

It is a very calm pocket and neighbors are helpful. For good hospitals or big markets we have to travel far into the city, as options inside the local lanes are very less.

Staying here is frustrating because the mobile network signal drops completely inside the brick houses. Power cuts are also very frequent during summer afternoons, making it impossible to study or use internet.

I hate bringing my car here because the connecting paths from the highway are extremely narrow and full of mud. If another vehicle comes from the opposite side, you get stuck for hours.

Plot prices are low here, making it good for long-term holding. There is high demand for cheap rooms from local laborers, but the authority really needs to lay proper roads and drains first.

Setting up a daily kirana shop here is profitable because residents prefer buying nearby. The only big headache is the massive amount of dust that flies from the unpaved streets all day long.

The neighborhood is quiet, but there are no proper parks or green spaces for kids to play safely. Local schools are basic, so children have to travel by private vans daily.
