Living in Lohegaon offers easy access to metro and railway station. The area is peaceful and safe too, and the presence of schools and hospitals nearby make it perfect for a family.

I like the area due to its low cost of living and affordable rental options. It's well connected to IT parks in Kharadi but there are occasional power cuts which irritate me the most

Investing in a property in Lohegaon has proved to be beneficial for me. The area has seen a steady rise in property prices over the past year. The reason it's suitable is due to its proximity to airport and metro lines.

As a student in DY Patil University, it's a convenient area for me to live in. It's safe and has a mix of residential and commercial spaces. There are many malls and recreational spots like Diamond water park nearby which make it appealing for families and young people

The area provides affordable properties as compated to other parts in Pune. It's well connected and close to local markets and eateries. I have observed good rental demand here due to proximity to colleges and IT parks.

Lohegaon is a good area and very cost effective too. considering the location and amenities, it provides a reasonavle living space. Even then the lack of good transport does bother at times

The area is appealing for many reasons. close to airport, many work hubs, and essential social places. but still there are some minor civic issues like bad roads, drainage and even water supply problems in some parts

Our home is a bit innerside and away from the main road so its a bit quieter but there's struggle in finding parking space

The biggest perk of Lohegaon is the airport presence. If you're investing, consider the area around main road or else you will be stuck in inner lanes which often has slow developments

We live in Kalwad in a society and it is a good area. I like the safety and the fact that its close to many good cafes and malls.

विमान नगर आणि खराडी EON IT पार्क येथे काम करणाऱ्या नोकरदार वर्गासाठी हे ठिकाण अतिशय सोयीचे आहे. पोरवाल रोड किंवा धानोरी-लोहगाव रोडमार्गे तुम्ही ऑफिसला लवकर पोहोचू शकता. मात्र, गर्दीच्या वेळी जुन्या मुंबई-पुणे महामार्गावर वाहतूक कोंडी होते. विखे पाटील मेमोरियल स्कूल, युरो स्कूल आणि माउंट सेंट पॅट्रिक ॲकॅडमी येथून अगदी जवळ आहेत. स्थानिक वैद्यकीय गरजांसाठी 'ऑर्किड हॉस्पिटल' आणि 'मेडिपॉईंट हॉस्पिटल' उपलब्ध आहेत, तर मोठ्या उपचारांसाठी विमान नगरमधील 'सह्याद्री हॉस्पिटल' जवळच आहे."
