A very cosmopolitan and green area. Feels safe. There are some of the best restaurants in Pune.

The nightlife is amazing in Koregaon Park area. However, the cost of living is very high, and it's not a place for those on a tight budget.

I chose Koregaon Park partly because Panchshil Tech Park and Cerebrum IT Park are within convenient commuting distance. The premium lifestyle and dining scene are definite advantages, though high rental costs can be a drawback.

I like the location mainly because commuting to nearby commercial areas is manageable. Besides the bus, Bund Garden Metro Station also adds another travel option. The locality has a premium feel, but accommodation and daily expenses are definitely on the higher side.

Koregaon Park has a strong premium image and consistent demand from high-income tenants. Limited availability of quality residential properties may support long-term value. The initial investment required is quite high though.
