Living in Kokane Nagar is perfect for my career. It's right next to Pimple Saudagar, so I have quick access to Hinjewadi IT Park via the Nashik Phata-Wakad BRTS road. The area is packed with great gyms and workspaces. I love that I can avoid heavy traffic while still being close to all the action.
This is a wonderful spot for families. We have amazing schools like GK Gurukul nearby, and the local markets in Kalewadi are very affordable for daily shopping. The wide roads and the nearby PCMC linear garden make evening strolls with my kids very pleasant. It’s a safe, well-connected, and growing community.
