Kings Circle is a busy area but the apartments around it are modern and convenient. Its a practical option to live in if you want to be close to corporate offices and markets.

Kings Circle offers good appreciation and rental demand is also fine. But the crowd and traffic leads to chaos especially around the railway junctions and bus stops which drives many families away who look for quiter lanes.

I love the cafes around especially the Cafe madras. our college is also right opposite to naturals icecream. Living here is very happening and pleasant because of the vibrant environment and beautiful parks and gardens

Kings Circle is a nice locality for families. There are big colleges here so you will mostly see a student crowd. Also what I love is you are just walking distance away from big hospitals and malls which makes living here very easy and convenient

Having lived here for almost a decade now, I have seen the area flourish so much. the new apartment buildings are great with premium amenities and furnishing. earlier it used to be a bit quieter now it's full of life with parks and colleges
