Living in Kasheli makes my rent feel reasonable. I have a 1BHK here for about 12k, and I'm close enough to the industrial hubs of Kolshet for work. On weekends, I usually swing into Magna Cafe down the road for some coffee. But I do find that the roads get quite narrow and especially during monsoon, even a little water-logging can throw off my ride home.

The area has a more relaxed atmosphere with less noise and open surroundings. However, daily travel toward major work locations can become exhausting because of traffic.

My property performs fairly well because the locality appeals to middle income tenants looking for practical housing. The environment feels cleaner than crowded city zones.

Apartment projects are increasing steadily but waterlogging during heavy rains creates inconvenience in some locations.

I usually attract tenants who want larger homes and quieter surroundings without paying city level rents. The locality has future residential potential.
