The area is a mix of residential comfort and commercial convenience which I love the most as an owner. The roads are well maintained and it's a safe neighborhood

Have been living here since a year, and I love the quiet lanes and peaceful vibe. Cafes and malls are nearby and I love to hangout with my friends in the evening here. Traffic during peak hours is struggling, no doubt but it's still manageable.

There are tons of recreational activities nearby like Versova Beach is basically my go to spot, as it's just 2 km away from where I stay. Apart from that, you have Jogeshwari Caves, Iskon temple in Juhu, and some parks too.

The area is definitely developing with fine roads, well-list streets, beautiful lanes. I love living here with my family. We have also rented our flat here to tenants, and there's promising real-eatate value here.

The demand in Model town is increasing steadily, and as a property investor, what i like about the area is the strong rental demand and growing infrastructure. But the traffic can be a menace for the residents.

I love the connectivity to different areas in Mumbai. and Andheri being one of the prominent locations, I find the rent a bit expensive here, which is understandable considering the fine amenities and infarstructure you get. There are tons of cafes and parks nearby, which makes the area serene and residential.
