Write a Review

Kamla Nehru Nagar feels quite central. Hapur Road is easily accessible, so commuting to Noida is manageable by bus. Small markets and grocery shops are nearby, which makes daily life easy.

The area is well-settled, and everything is close by. We have been living near Kendriya Vidyalaya for many years. Parks are maintained, and neighbours are familiar. It’s a comfortable place for families.

Kamla Nehru Nagar is decent but a bit old in terms of infrastructure. Metro is far, so I depend on autos to reach Shaheed Sthal station. Schools like Uttam School for Girls are nearby, which is good for families. It’s fine, but not very modern.

Connectivity via Hapur Road supports daily commuting, but distance from metro limits growth. Schools, hospitals, and stores are close. Property prices are still reasonable.

The area is very convenient for me. My flat is near Sarvodaya Hospital. Everything from medical stores to daily groceries is within walking distance. The area feels safe and active even in the evening.

Getting a shared auto from Hapur Road to the metro is very easy, but the inside streets get terribly dark after 8 PM. Water comes only for 2 hours in the morning, so you always have to plan around that... otherwise the area is fine.

This area is perfect if you like quiet mornings. The local parks are green and well kept, and you can easily walk to the main shops for daily groceries. Finding a house with open parking space here is a big plus.

Street dogs are a major menace in the blocks here, making evening walks unsafe. Roads are broken near the internal junctions and garbage is just dumped in open corners. Not great if you want clean surroundings for walking.

The traffic near the main crossing during office hours is a complete disaster. It takes 20 minutes just to cross that bottleneck to get onto the main highway. Autos charge 40 rupees for small distances because of the jams.

Everything needed for daily life is within walking distance here, from pharmacies to vegetable vendors. It feels safe and the community is helpful. Power cuts happen sometimes in summers but it gets sorted quickly.

The area has decent parks for a stroll, but the footpaths are totally broken or blocked by parked bikes. Walking on the main road is risky because cars drive very fast. It is okayish but needs better walking paths.

Parking is never an issue when visiting people here, which is rare for Ghaziabad. The streets are wide enough and finding a spot near the parks is quite easy. Very chill vibe compared to the crowded markets nearby.

Rents here are quite low, around 12k for a decent flat, because the water supply is highly irregular. Drainage is terrible and the streets flood completely during heavy rains. Not a good option for solid rental returns right now.

Loads of food joints and small shops around here make life easy for bachelors. The New Bus Adda metro station is quite close by auto, though shared ones take time during peak hours. Decent place to stay overall.

Deliveries are never a problem here since the roads are wide enough for supply trucks to enter without getting stuck. The local market gets good foot traffic in the evenings, making it a very practical spot for running a shop.
