Living in Kalkaji is amazing. My office in Nehru Place is nearby, and the Violet and Magenta metro lines help me commute easily. Weekends are sorted with markets and malls nearby.

My family has been running a shop here for 50 years. The crowd is always high, especially during festivals. It's a thriving area. The only issue is the lack of parking, which can sometimes turn customers away.

The area is good and safe for families. Parks are well-maintained, and there are good hospitals like Fortis C-Doc close by. The only issue is the traffic near the main market during evenings and festivals at the Kalkaji Mandir.

The rental demand is always high, thanks to Nehru Place and the excellent metro connectivity. The property value has seen steady appreciation. It is a reliable, low-risk investment for generating rental income.
