I rented a small 1 RK here and although the area is close to many key places. it lacks the peace and residential vibe. It's mostly commercial and inhabited by people working in nearby industrial zones and offices. This is partly why the rent is also cheap here

We operate a small manufacturing unit here. Good part is the lower land cost and labour availability. But transport system is bad. there's no metro and hardly any buses. commuting is hard for workers

I have rented one of my warehouse here and the rental income is steady not great. It's a fine area for commercial use only
