kadipur is good for cheap rentals but lifestyle isnt modern..it has a village vibe and even footpaths arent good for walking..

kadipur has property prices lower than Alipur or Rohini so it is accessible for middle class families. We get decent sunlight and it is less congested than central Delhi.

The area is not very well cnnected to central delhi..its ok for quiet life though and if you're working remotely

rental yields are consistent but don't expect premium tenants. Most houses are basic 1 bhk or 2 bhk units. If you invest in a building with dedicated parking, you can charge a small premium because that is a rare amenity here
