Jainpur Village feels very green and quiet but you will face problems in terms of commuting everyday if you dont have your vehicle. it can be a good short term stay

Jainpur Village is like a semi urban setup, not entirely a rural one. Groceries, medical stores, barber and tailor shops are all within a few minutes’ walk. so you dont have to go very far for minor things. but what can be annoying is the narrow lanes and limited parking space. feels too crowded sometimes

This area does not have a sharp infrastructure upgrade yet like a new metro or a new corporate campus that will suddenly flip values. Also the housing stock is mostly limited and low rise buildings. no big societies or projects to consider

Civic infrastructure is a huge lack here. Drainage, street lighting and road quality in some inner lanes are bad. Most buildings are old and there is no scope for any redevelopment too

It has a village-type feel. I work remotely so decided to move here for a while away from the core city. i love the mornings, no constant honking or noise from traffic. it feels really calming
