Jai Hind Nagar is quiet and easily accessible. There are shops, malls and medical stores within a walking distance. Dange Chowk bus stop is nearby. No metro yet, but PMPML buses are frequent.

The area is my long-term investment choice. Prices are modest, rental demand stable. No high-end infrastructure yet, but with projects coming around, property values should gain.

Jai Hind Nagar is not too bad. The roads inside are fine, but going out toward Dange Chowk or Hinjewadi can get slow due to traffic. No big shops yet, so for shopping or outings, I travel to Wakad or Pimpri. .

We bought a flat here two years ago. The area has quiet lanes and schools are nearby. Traffic is manageable most of the time. No metro yet. You can commute via buses.
