Living in HSR was not at all a good experience for me. Frequent traffic jams make it difficult to commute even if you leave your house before 2 hours so I didn't like the locality.

Wide spacious planned layout, with numerous parks and open spaces. Good ambience with adequate greenery. At right proper distance from ring round, no issue of traffic within HSR. Availability of all necessity nearby.

Moved to HSR layout a few months ago, Traffic congestion and noise pollution may be a concern. But, people from all communities coexist here. Neighbourhood is decent and good. Also, it has schools, hospitals and restaurant are nearby. Overall HSR Layout is well maintained.

HSR Layout has amazing Bengali restaurants that truly capture the taste of Kolkata. You can try Esplanade for its authentic Bengali thalis and signature kosha mangsho, or Bhojohori Manna, a popular spot known for its homestyle fish curries and mishti doi. Khai Khai in Sector 2 offers a cozy vibe with delicious mutton kosha and fish kabiraji. If you’re up for a hearty, comforting meal, these places are definitely worth exploring!

It’s one of the best localities of Bangalore. Lot of greenery, wide roads, many restaurants and cafes, good street food, overall very good vibe.
