It’s a great location if you like having restaurants and stores close by. However, rent prices have climbed quite a bit recently.

We’ve owned our flat for years, and rental demand has never dipped. But the biggest issue here is that we have limted parking space and when tenants have several vehicles, it becomes hard to make space for all of them.

Public transport is very good here but there is too much noise becuase of that. I becomes very hard to move around and alos stay inside the house.

Everything like schools, shops, hospitals are nearby but there is also too much of traffic. Becuase of that we get a lot of dust as well.

I bought a small commercial property here and it’s been performing well. Footfall is high, which helps with consistent income.
