Write a Review

Rents here are quite cheap compared to the high-rise societies nearby. The problem is the internal roads are completely unpaved and turn into a muddy mess whenever it rains, making it tough to even ride a bike.

Daily travel to Delhi is quick since the Link Road and Meerut Expressway are easily accessible from here. However, the traffic bottleneck near the main Raj Nagar Extension crossing adds a frustrating 20 minutes to my evening return commute.

Living here is peaceful as it is away from the main highway noise. Daily shopping is sorted with local grocery stores within walking distance, but the water supply is highly irregular and we heavily depend on underground boring water.

Finding budget rooms is easy here and sharing autos for the Hindon River metro station are always available at the main gate. NGL the mobile network inside the deeper lanes is terrible, which is a big issue for online classes.

The neighborhood feels safe and the internal streets are quiet for morning walks. My only major complaint is the total lack of green public parks inside Harbans Nagar, so there is nowhere to sit outside in the evenings.

Footfall is decent since many families reside here, but getting commercial deliveries is a massive headache. The entry lanes are narrow and constantly choked with randomly parked cars, leaving no space for delivery autos to pass through.

It is a very safe locality for families and several good schools are just a short drive away. Having multi-specialty hospitals nearby gives great peace of mind, making it a highly practical and budget-friendly place to live.

Rental demand from logistics and industrial workers is stable because prices are low. Capital appreciation is slow though, mostly because municipal infrastructure like proper sewage lines and paved roads are still missing in this pocket.

Parking a car here is a complete nightmare because the streets are narrow and packed with residents' vehicles. I always end up parking far away near the commercial complex and walking down to avoid getting blocked.

Garbage management is non-existent here. The colony trash is just dumped at the open corner plot near the entrance, creating an awful smell and breeding mosquitoes all through the summer and monsoon months... totally disgusting.
