Rent here is super cheap around 5k to 7k for a full house. DTC bus depot is right in Ghumanhera village so getting a bus towards Najafgarh is easy. Very calm rural vibe, though shops close early by 9 pm.

Daily commuting on Ghumanhera Road towards Chhawala or Najafgarh is very slow during morning hours. Nearest metro station like Dwarka Sector 21 or Dhansa Bus Stand is quite far... takes almost 30 minutes just on a bike.

TBH very affordable area if you want cheap rooms and open spaces. DTC buses start directly from Ghumanhera depot so you always get a seat. Local grocery stores have basic stuff, though no big cafes or hangouts around.

Environment is fresh with farm fields around and very low noise compared to proper Delhi. Morning walks on village roads are peaceful. Doctor clinics and pharmacies are limited though, have to go to Najafgarh for big hospitals.

Water quality from tubewells is quite hard soRO system is a must. Internal village roads get muddy during monsoon rains and streetlights on Jhuljhuli road side are patchy... but peaceful area with zero city noise.

Local village market gets decent morning and evening crowds. Main issue is bad road connectivity for supply trucks coming from main Delhi side. Electricity cuts happen during high summer days... keep backup ready.

Living here is very peaceful and open. Bus connectivity from Ghumanhera DTC depot is decent for reaching Uttam Nagar or Najafgarh. Main problem is total lack of proper sewer lines in some inner lanes.

Land rates are very low compared to urban Delhi. Good long term potential as outer south west connectivity grows. Right now rental income is low and limited mostly to local village workers and bus depot staff.

Roads connecting Ghumanhera from Chhawala side are narrow and dark at night. Better to travel by daytime or take DTC bus. Open greenery around is nice, but finding proper parking near narrow village lanes is tricky.

Local government school in Ghumanhera village is nearby. Area feels safe and open for kids to run around. For major shopping or private coaching, you have to travel all the way to Najafgarh market.
