The societies in Gaur City 2 have modern amenities like gyms, swimming pools, and power backup. Everything is available inside the township, from grocery stores to clinics. It's a well-planned, self-sufficient area with good security.

The property rates are affordable, and the rental demand is very high due. It is close to employment hubs in Noida and Greater Noida. I expect significant capital appreciation in the coming years. Still, the area lacks one thing, that is the metro connectivity.

The township offers a very comfortable and modern lifestyle. We have 24/7 water and power backup. Dining options are great. There are restaurants like Desi Tadka and Pind Balluchi close by.

Gaur City 2 is a decent place with lots of housing options. However, public transport isn't fully developed yet, so you need a private vehicle. During monsoon, some roads get waterlogged. Anyway, it has good facilities like gyms, temples, nursing home, sports facilities, etc.

The locality is very convenient and affordable. My son's school, Gaurs International School, is just a walk away. The Gaur City Plaza nearby handles all our shopping needs. The only issues are traffic congestion during peak hours.
