Being a student at Sinhgad Institute, I love staying here in 1 BHK. It's very convenient and pedestrian friendly too. Yes, some inner lanes are narrow and often feel congested but it's still manageable

Great for families. No noise or congestion. very community-centric with friendly people around. Multiple bus stops around so commuting wont be a problem unless u rely on metro.

It's mostly a residential place, not very commercialized yet. It's peaceful but lack demand from professionals. Mostly student centric

I have no complaints from this place. A very quiet area with limited disturbances. There are many supermarkets nearby and local shops so feels lively.
