I live near Sector 106 of this expressway. a very good locality. all basic amenities like markets and local shops are nearby. it's also 10-15 mins from cyber city because of less traffic

There are many luxurious projects and apartment buildings here and this is what makes it a preferred locality for many. Even without metro the area doesn'f feel like it's lacking because the roads are smooth and travel time is less. still it would be better to have a direct metro for people commuting to work hubs like DLF and other IT parks

I like that big developers are launching projects here so resale demand and rental interest are good enough

Love the apartments here. many are new and have modern amenities. I am renting a 1 BHK and I like the sector I live in. Perfect for those who want a little bit of peace but still close to commercial hubs. I just wish there were more cafes or hangout spots nearby

If you rely on public transport like metro, this will disappoint you real bad. there's no metro until 10 km which is in cyber city. buses are usually very crowded. Autos are fair but hard to catch sometimes.
