Louis Wadi is a well developed area. Good for families to settle down here. its very close to NH 48 so there's crowd and noise sometimes but not so much to hamper daily life
मुलांच्या शिक्षणासाठी प्रोग्रेसिव्ह स्कूल आणि डॉ. मार थेओफिलस शाळा जवळ आहेत. धानोरी भाजी मार्केटमध्ये ताजी भाजी मिळते. पण, पाणीपुरवठा अनियमित असल्याने टँकरवर खूप पैसे खर्च करावे लागतात. पावसाळ्यात रस्त्यावर पाणी साचते आणि चिखलामुळे मुलांना शाळेत नेण्या-आणण्यासाठी खूप कसरत करावी लागते.
विमानतळ आणि विश्रांतवाडी जवळ असल्याने गुंतवणुकीसाठी हा भाग चांगला आहे. मात्र, आजही येथे ड्रेनेज लाईन आणि रस्ते रुंदीकरणाचे काम संथ गतीने सुरू आहे. महापालिकेने रस्ते चांगले केले तरच येथील मालमत्तेचे व्हॅल्यूएशन वाढेल. सध्या पार्किंगच्या कमतरतेमुळे आणि ट्रॅफिकमुळे घरांना अपेक्षित भाडे मिळण्यास मर्यादा येत आहेत.
Buses to Viman Nagar are frequent but Dhanori phata junction blocks you for 15 minutes daily. Rent is around 15k for normal flats, which is manageable.
All daily stores, supermarkets, and local vegetable vendors are right on the roadside. Walking around for groceries is quick. Only downside is the heavy truck traffic at night.
The walking tracks are non existent and the main road has no proper footpaths. Crossing the road near the temple lane is dangerous because vehicles speed like crazy.
Superb area if you want cheap PG options. Plenty of local eateries and snack counters that cost very less. No safety issues faced while walking back late.
Getting stock delivered is easy via the main stretch. However, water logging happens right outside my shop even during normal rains. Civic body takes time to clear the drains.
Water supply timings are fixed and pressure is decent. The inner colony roads are much calmer than the busy main road. Streetlights work properly in our line.
Many preschools and kids clinics are within 1 km distance. The area stays busy till 10 PM so streets feel secure. Main issue is the dust from passing dumpers.
I come here for family visits often. The traffic congestion during evening hours is a big pain. Finding a spot to park a car on the roadside is impossible.
Good rental demand from airport and IT employees due to lower rates. Basic sewage and electricity systems are functioning fine across the newly built pockets.
Groundwater has gone down completely this season. We are fully dependent on private tankers now. The road width is still the same while traffic has multiplied ten times.
