Living in Dhamalwadi is a refreshing change. I commute to the Magarpatta City IT Hub and SP Infocity with relative ease. Navigating via the Handewadi-Hadapsar Road allows me to avoid the dense traffic of the city core. It’s the perfect, peaceful base to focus on my projects without the distractions of a busy urban center.

This area is becoming a wonderful place for our family. My children attend Delhi Public School, Pune nearby, which makes the morning school run very manageable. For our medical needs, Noble Hospital is just a short, reliable drive away. We truly enjoy our calm evening walks at the Handewadi PMC Garden; it is a lovely green space for us.

Dhamalwadi is incredibly useful for tenants who prioritize affordability and convenience. With local vegetable markets, essential grocery stores, and daily utility shops right within reach, running daily errands is stress-free.
