Dehu’s spiritual aura and slow pace suit us post-retirement, though I do miss nearby medical facilities.

My 2BHK flat overlooks hills and the temple—very peaceful—but electricity cuts during summer are annoying and frequent.

The Dehu Road Cantonment is nearby, so it’s clean and secure. However, amenities like malls and movie halls are too far.

Serene locality with lots of greenery and fresh air, but reaching Hinjewadi daily from Dehu is a long, tiring affair due to poor public transport options.

I checked that the appreciation over the last 3 years is good, thanks to nearby projects, but resale buyers are still limited.

Very good area. There are open grounds for kids and fewer vehicles but yes, daily travelling to school and office is tiring

The locality houses ample number of grocery shops, vegetable markets and rent is also affordable here
