The area is very quiet and safe. The military presence and constant patrolling around the Defence Area gives it a sense of security you rarely find elsewhere in Pune.

Been living near Cantonment side for 15 years. It's calm, safe, and clean but the building rules are veru strict and can be a hurdle if you want to redevelop or extend your property

Development is restricted here so not very ideal for investment purpose. You won’t get fast ROI here like in commercial hubs, but it offers solid long-term stability. The demand is consistent as it is close to Camp, MG Road, and Pune Station

Good area and very quiet and disciplined. Great if you're looking to avoid city chaos but I sometimes miss the vibrant nightlife of Viman Nagar and Koregaon.

It has a heritage vibe, like British-era bungalows, military buildings, and old trees everywhere. Great place to live if you love character and don’t mind slower-paced life.
