Dayara feels quiet. rents are affordable. you get spacious flats at much cheaper rates than core hyderabad areas.

Good for families. its peaceful and less chaotic. not for social butterflies though. theres limited fancy places or nightlife here

Dayara has lot of apartments and independent houses. but its hard to find a building with modern amenities like lift and power backup. its peaceful but yet to be fully developed into an urban area
