Cheryaal is a residential locality in Hyderabad with PIN code 501303, located near Ghatkesar, Keesara, and Pocharam, close to the eastern growth corridor. The area is calm, almost too calm at times. Good if you want to avoid city chaos, but not great if you like stepping out often. I work in IT and need to travel a bit for better gyms or cafes. Inside roads are okay, but could use some fixing.
Honestly, Cheryaal turned out quite comfortable. I stay close to Geethanjali College, and the surroundings feel active during the day. There are enough local food places, especially tiffin centres, so eating out is easy.
I find this area still in a developing phase. There is clear potential, but the pace is slow. Infrastructure is improving, yes, but not fully there yet. The advantage is proximity to Charlapalli Railway Station, which helps connectivity. Rental demand exists but is not very strong at the moment.
Earlier Cheryaal felt cut off, now things are more connected. Shops, schools, and small clinics have come up nearby. My children study at Pudami School, which is just a short drive away. What I value most is the peaceful surroundings. Nights are quiet, and the area feels secure.
Decent area with good roads and clean streets. The metro station or bus stands are easy to reach. Rents are a bit high but completely worth it.

The roads are very bad and full of potholes. During rains the whole area gets waterlogged. Getting an auto is total loot here.
This part of Hyderabad is well connected... I can easily find shared autos and buses for office... Lots of food choices and shops around...

Area is okayish but traffic during peak hours is too much of a headache. Shops and markets are close by which is handy.
Very noisy area with constant vehicle sounds... Garbage is dumped on corners and not cleared regularly... Rents are too costly for this quality...
Very safe and quiet residential pocket. Water comes regularly in the mornings. Parking is also manageable compared to other busy areas.
Living in Cheryaal is quite peaceful... Daily markets are nearby and auto connectivity is solid... Finding basic things is never an issue here...
Mixed experience here. Rent is affordable but roads inside the internal lanes need repair. Safety wise it is absolutely fine.

Property rates in 2026 range from Rs. 3,055 to Rs. 7,600 per sq ft, with plots, independent houses, and apartments seeing steady end-user and rental demand. Average monthly rentals for standard residential units range between Rs. 9,000 and Rs. 20,000. The locality recorded a 12% YoY growth in capital values. This appreciation is driven by the Regional Ring Road (RRR) proximity and expansion of Genome Valley. Improved connectivity to the Pocharam IT SEZ attracts professionals seeking affordability. However, limited internal road width in older clusters slightly hinders premium villa growth. Demand remains high for gated plots and independent houses.
As of May 2026, the rental price for serviced apartments ranges from Rs. 9,000 to Rs. 20,000, which can go higher, depending on the property type and location.

Cheryaal is located in the Medchal-Malkajgiri district in Telangana, with the pincode 501303. It is positioned approximately 6 kilometers from ECIL crossroads and sits close to the Hyderabad Outer Ring Road (ORR) Exit 3.
Yes, Cheryaal is excellent for those prioritizing a serene, nature-rich environment over a bustling city center. It is particularly suitable for families working in Pocharam or students attending BITS Pilani. While social infrastructure is still developing, the basic amenities and greenery make it highly livable.
Property rates in 2026 range from Rs. 3,055 to Rs. 7,600 per sq ft, with plots, independent houses, and apartments seeing steady end-user and rental demand.
Connectivity is robust via the ORR, allowing quick travel to Gachibowli and the Airport. However, public transport like RTC buses is less frequent, making residents dependent on shared autos or private cars. There is no direct Metro connectivity yet, with Nagole being the nearest major station.
The main pros are the low pollution levels, affordable housing, and proximity to educational institutions. The primary cons involve the lack of high-end commercial malls, occasional power cuts, and the need for better street lighting and last-mile public transport connectivity.
From an investment perspective, it is a high-potential zone because land prices are still relatively low compared to the western corridor, promising significant future returns as infrastructure matures.
