Lots of local markets and kirana stores make everyday shopping easy. The downside is, traffic during school hours can be a real hassle.

It’s a developing area, so there’s potential if you’re investing early but the drainage system needs serious attention, especially during rains.

We got a spacious flat for a decent price. Boduppal still feels semi-urban though, which may not suit everyone’s taste.

Affordable property rates and peaceful environment make Boduppal a good choice for middle-class buyers. But roads in some areas still need proper work.

Residential colonies here are peaceful and friendly. You can hear birds in the morning! That said, street lighting could be better in interior lanes.

The rent is reasonable, and flats are spacious here and there is also water shortage during the summer months.

The roads are slowly getting better and becuase of that the landlords are increasing the rent . Even my rent has been increased by 1k last month.

Our colony is safe, and the municipality has started upgrading the roads, which is a relief after years of neglect.

If you’re after stable appreciation rather than quick profits, Boduppal is a good choice. It’s reliable, safe, and still somewhat affordable.

I invested in a 2BHK here a while back, and finding tenants has been easy. Families prefer it because of schools and connectivity to the main city.

Water supply and power are alwaysw available but rhe roads are dusty due to ongoing construction. Apart from that, after rains there is waterlogging as well.

People prefer living here for the balance between affordability and comfort. Infrastructure is improving, though road widening projects sometimes cause temporary inconvenience.

I enjoy how clean and green this place feels and everything is within reach. Though this area is great but finding rides during office hours is a very big issue. Unless you pay huge amount no one will access your rides.

The location is perfect for people looking for future gains. It’s close to Uppal and connected well to other parts of the city.

It’s affordable compared to central Hyderabad, and the community is friendly. Some inner lanes still need proper streetlights, though
