Water supply is given for only 2 hours in the morning and 1 hour in evening. Ground water quality is also quite bad here. Tankers are needed almost every second week during summer... very frustrating situation for daily life.
Roads around Block J are wide enough, so loading goods is never a problem. Traffic on ALT Road slows down around 7 PM, but customers keep coming. Streets feel safe even up to 10 PM.
Garbage truck comes daily around 9 AM, which keeps the lanes clean. Local grocery shops deliver everything to the doorstep in 10 minutes. Only issue is street dogs near open plots in the night.
Demand for rental flats in Kavi Nagar Sector 18 is always high. Decent 2 BHK fetches around 18k easily. Road condition inside Block J is mostly smooth and main link to Raj Nagar Extension is very direct.
