I come here pretty often and the area feels relaxed during the day. Finding a place to park is another story. Autos are easier if you are coming for a short visit.
This side has a regular residential crowd and daily shops are already around. I like that it does not feel overly commercial. Parking and road width would be the things I'd check before putting money here.
Food, groceries and chai are easy to find around Block H. The place feels pretty normal and laid back most of the time. Getting out during evening traffic takes a little patience though.
I mostly like the area because nothing feels too far for basic stuff. Roads are okay, shops are nearby and evenings are a bit noisy. Not a fancy place, just an easy enough area to stay in.
