Absolutely love staying in Block E. The area feels premium and very safe, even late at night. Hauz Khas and SDA Market are close, so there’s always something to do. Parks and tree-lined streets make it pleasant.

Block E is a prime real estate investment location. Property prices are high, but demand remains strong, especially for builder floors. Metro connectivity and proximity to key areas like Hauz Khas support long-term value.

Block E is great, no doubt, but it comes at a cost. Rent and daily expenses are quite high. Parking can also be tricky in some lanes. Still, connectivity and overall environment are excellent.

Getting to the Green Park metro station in the morning is very easy from Block E, takes just 5 minutes by walk. The main lane is quite wide so autos and cabs arrive quickly without any hassle.

The drainage here is just terrible. Every single time it rains for even twenty minutes the whole inside street near the park corner gets filled with dirty water, cannot even walk to the main market without ruining your shoes.

It is a very safe area for evening walks, even around 9 PM the streetlights are all working properly. Good pharmacies and doctors are right around the corner so do not have to travel far for small things.

The location is decent but food options inside Block E are very less, you have to go towards the main market for everything. Rents are also quite high for students, paying 22k for just a tiny single room.

The internal parks in Block E are kept very clean and green, daily they sweep the leaves. It feels completely safe for kids playing outside till late evening because outside traffic does not enter these block lanes.

Parking is a permanent headache for anyone coming to this side. Customers avoid visiting the shops here because residents park their own cars on both sides of the road, leaving zero space for anyone else.

Water supply is given only for 2 hours in the morning and evening... if you miss the timing then you are stuck. Otherwise the area is quite clean and garbage is collected daily from the gates.

I come here every weekend and really like how peaceful the inside lanes are compared to the rest of Delhi. Very easy to find an auto from the main road gate at any hour.

Property prices are steady but the inner roads are getting tight because everyone has 2 or 3 cars now. If the RWA does not manage the visitor parking space properly, renting out flats here will become difficult.

Delivery guys can never find the house numbers because the block layout is so confusing, daily I have to go till the main entry gate to pick up parcels. Too much honking from the main road also comes inside.
