Nangloi metro station is around 3 km away, but shared e-rickshaws run constantly from the main street. Rent here in Block C3 is super cheap for a 1 BHK unit, though the tap water we get from the MCD lines is completely yellow and smells bad.

The internal streets inside Sultanpuri Block C3 are way too narrow and always packed with parked bikes. If you own a small car, do not even think of bringing it inside these lanes. Getting out past the corner houses is a regular daily fight.

The local government schools are quite close to this block, which is handy. The main streets near Jagdamba Market stay busy and feel active during the day, but the open drains running along the sides of the colony lanes are a major safety worry for kids.

The e-rickshaws lined up near Shivam Jalebi Chowk completely block the main exit turn. The traffic build-up there is a major headache every single evening, taking 20 minutes just to clear a tiny intersection after an exhausting day at the office.

All daily needs like chemists, milk booths, and vegetable vendors are right at the doorstep near Pintu Chowk. The community is tight-knit and people help out, so once you adjust to the crowded streets, it is a decent, liveable place to stay.

The streets here are completely broken and the local lanes are filled with loose gravel. Walking is very difficult, especially with young boys riding their scooties like maniacs through the narrow spaces near Basanta Chowk.

Footfall is massive because Block C3 is incredibly dense. Daily sales are great, but the municipal trash collection is pathetic. People dump garbage right next to the street corners, creating a disgusting mess and stench that stays for days.

Visited a friend in the C Block patches recently. Finding your way is so confusing and the overhead electricity wires hang so low it looks scary. Street lights do not work at all in the inner lanes after dark.

Rental demand is always high from labor groups working nearby. However, the total lack of proper sewage planning and heavy waterlogging during ordinary rains keeps property prices completely stagnant in this part of Sultanpuri.

Staying in a shared room here is highly budget-friendly. There are plenty of cheap food joints and small dhabas right around the corner from Jagdamba Market. It is noisy and crowded, but totally manageable if you just need a cheap place near the bus routes.
